• Collate, verify and analyse the returns from HTA Centres re. the data for end-of-course evaluations to populate the HTA Evaluation Dashboard and evaluation reports.

• Monitor and track on a daily basis user issues surfaced re. HTLMS1.0 and HTLMS2.0, as well as track status and completion of issues raised.

• Assist the HTDs on daily HTLMS1.0 and HTLMS2.0 queries.

• Assist in training management matters for courses e.g. proper documentation and issuance of laptops for training, liaising with vendors to ensure smooth running of courses, procure refreshments (where required) across the 3 branches.

• Assist in procurement of services relating to the different streams of works across the 3 branches such as tender for Smart Classroom, training services for LMS 2.0, delivery of training programmes amongst others.

• Support the conduct of CLS initiatives pertaining to the 2 CoEs (including but not limited to) such as Communities of Practice and exploration of technology

Requirement :

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Ability to multi-task

• Experience in project management would be advantageous

• Prior experience in managing learning management systems e.g. tracking of utilisation data would be advantageous
