Oversee the daily office operations including reception, mailroom operation and office management
Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures
Manage budget and expenses
Work closely with internal stakeholders and coordination with landlord and Building Managing Agent (MA) on matters relating to office management
Project management eg office renovation, digitization of documents and record management
Serve as Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Committee
Develop, implement and maintain WSH plans
Ensure compliance with the WSH Act, other relevant legislation, and contractual WSH requirements
Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure work activities adhere to WSH standards
Identify unsafe work practices / conditions and recommend appropriate control measures
Liaison with contractors regarding WSH matters
Follow up on all outstanding safety-related issues to ensure timely resolution
Perform Fire warden duties
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
The Person:
Possess a Degree in Business Administration or related field
Possess at least 3 years of relevant work experience as a Office Manager with Facilities Management & Project Management experience
Prior experience in managing office renovation / document digitalization is advantageous
Ability to handle and communicate with different stakeholders
Proficiency in MS Office
Good communications & interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and as a team member in a challenging environment
