A well-established fine dining restaurant is seeking a qualified and experienced

Assistant General Manager

to help lead our front-of-house operations and support the General Manager in delivering top-tier dining experiences.





We are looking for someone with

at least 10 years of experience in front-of-house leadership

, ideally in a fine dining or premium hospitality setting. The ideal candidate is

self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented

, and demonstrates a strong sense of

service excellence, leadership, and team development

.


Your Role:



As Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant operates

efficiently, profitably

, and to the highest standard of hospitality. You will lead the front-of-house team, maintain strong customer relations, and help shape the overall guest experience.


Key Responsibilities:



Oversee the daily front-of-house operations alongside the GM Manage staff during shifts, providing leadership, feedback, and motivation Ensure exceptional service standards are maintained at all times Train, mentor, and onboard new team members Support hiring processes, staff scheduling, and shift planning Uphold high standards in food, service, cleanliness, and health & safety Respond to customer feedback and resolve issues professionally Greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure seamless service flow Guide customers on menu choices, including wine and beverage pairings Assist with revenue tracking, budgeting, and business development Collaborate with suppliers and oversee inventory levels Contribute to marketing initiatives and special events Work with GM to develop strategies for improving performance and guest satisfaction Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager Read P&L and offer solutions to channel sales growth

We're Looking For:



At least

8 years' experience

in a supervisory/management role within a fine dining or high-end restaurant Strong

food and wine knowledge

Excellent communication and team management skills Calm, composed leadership style with a hands-on approach Experience in

shift scheduling, service coordination, and training

A passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable dining experiences
