Job Requirement:
Candidate must be fluent in speaking and writing Japanese to communicate with our Japanese clients and related parties.
Master's degree in business administration (MBA).
At least 10 years' experience in maritime industry.
Good understanding of business operations relating to technical ship management, marine safety, quality assurance, vessel performance and crewing.
Understand and appreciate the commercial implications of vessel operations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
