To gear A*STAR up for the innovation-driven economy set out by the Research Innovation & Enterprise 2025 Masterplan, a new Enterprise Division (\xe2\x80\x9cEnterprise\xe2\x80\x9d) is being established in late-2020. Enterprise will further strengthen A*STAR in generating economic and societal impact for Singapore. Importantly, Enterprise Division will provide coherence to A*STAR\'s research collaboration, licensing, and venture creation efforts. It will drive A*STAR\'s companies strategy and companies portfolio management. Enterprise will also play a national role in terms of grants administration, over-watching national platforms like DxD Hub, and the Aerospace Programme, among others. It will be the focal point to drive Innovation & Enterprise (I&E) within A*STAR, as well as actively support I&E efforts in the wider ecosystem.

As part of the ICT and Digital Services (covering Information & CommunicationsTechnology, Financial Services and Professional sectors), you will work with strategic and emerging digital technologies and innovation activities in AI, quantum, AR/VR, FinTech, EduTech, TrustTech technologies (including privacy preservation technologies, distributed ledger technologies), to support Singapore\'s Smart Nation pillar and growth opportunities in the digital economy :

JOB DESCRIPTION * Working closely with various stakeholders across A*STAR to drive industry engagement strategies to foster R&D collaboration with industry partners and across the eco-system.

• Develop deep understanding of A*STAR intellectual property (IP), commercialisation and licensing terms, policies and scientific capabilities to identify appropriate projects and partnership structure with collaborators, for value capture in Singapore.
• To provide IP portfolio management, technology translation and commercialisation of A*STAR IPs into practical applications to the industry.
• To support contract management, organizing visits/events, staffing duties, oversea trips planning and management reporting.
• Establish cordial relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and delivery of industry activities and desired outcomes.
• Account management for specific accounts under MNC/LLEs/SMEs/Start-ups profile.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably more than 3 years of working experience in relevant sectors and established good understanding of the technological trends within the sector
• Experience in research and technology translation/commercialisation would be an advantage.
• Creative problem solver capable of collaborating across public agencies, research entities and industry players with strong communication skills
• Resourceful, results oriented and a team player.
• Adaptable and able to work independently/in team with minimal supervision.
