Job Summary * Location: Bukit Batok ( West Singapore) * Working Hour : Mon-Fri 8:30am - 6pm * Salary Range: $4100 - $5000 + AWS + VB Job Responsibilities * Perform full spectrum of HR fun Job Summary Location: Bukit Batok ( West Singapore) Working Hour : Mon-Fri 8:30am - 6pm Salary Range: $4100 - $5000 + AWS + VB Job Responsibilities Perform full spectrum of HR functions Support all internal and external HR related inquires and requests Administration of statutory claims (eg. : NS, Childcare, Maternity claims etc) Assist to develop HR planning strategies with management to improve HR policies procedures and ensure compliance procedures Provide full spectrum of recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding activities to all employees End-to-end processing of payroll, CPF contributions and income tax returns Liaise with Head of Departments to identify training needs and propose training plan for management's approval Manage and handles disputes, complains and grievances of staffs Create and maintain up-to-date employee records in HR database Generate monthly HR reports and analysis Assist superior in year-on-year personnel cost budget setting exercise Assist in Annual Performance review Assist in compensation and benefits program Provide day to day office administration & IT support Support daily HR operational manners as required Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
