Job Description
:
- Working location: Sungei Kadut, company transport provided
- Leading renowned Construction company
- Up to $6,700 Basic + Variable Bonuses (1 to 3 months)
- Supporting HR Manager in design, review & implementation of projects such as Com & Ben, performance management system and career development
- To be responsible for promotion, market adjustment, annual salary review and variable bonus
- Salary surveys & benchmarking exercise
- Planning and execution of staff welfare activities
- Work with HR Business Partners to ensure execution of programmes
- Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in the Construction industry
- Possess supervisory experience
