Job Description

:

- Salary: Up to $7,000

Our client is a Technology company located at Orchard Road, although the company size is still a start-up now; it is highly profitable and with reputable shareholders such as SGX.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the CEO

Develop and execute an immediate 6 to12 month staffing strategy and budget in collaboration with the CEO.

Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, employee engagement and performance management

Manage recruitment, screening and selection process

Prepare employment contracts and HR letters

Carry out salary review and annual performance appraisal exercises

Strategic planning with the CEO of expansion

Manage employee's monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A Year Income Tax assessment

Requirement:

At least 1 year experience as an Assistant or HR Manager

HR experience in a start-up is an advantage

Vibrant and open mindedness attributes

Ability to take strong ownership
