Job Description


  • To support end user onsite and remotely to resolve IT related issues daily.
  • To support both local and Regional IT activities whenever need arises.
  • Monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting computer systems, servers firewall and network problems.
  • Monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting anti virus protection software and backup software.
  • Office 365 and corporate software related support with knowledge on Azure AD.
  • Install and set up laptops, printers, phones, operating systems, and applications (and other necessary equipment).
  • IT asset inventory and software management.
  • Developing and implementing IT policies and best practices for the company.
  • Coordinate with IT vendors on hardware and software replacement projects.
  • Assist and communicate with Japan head office to conduct and supervise IT security audit for offices in Asia.
  • Any other ad-hoc IT related jobs assigned by IT Manager.
Job Requirement
  • Diploma / Higer Nitec in Information Technology / Computer Science
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in similar position
  • Multitask, proactive in work with willing to learn attitude
  • Able to work independently and as a team
