Reporting to the IT manager:

• In charge of overseeing recurring inspections and audits of both software and hardware, including firewalls, network switches, and back-end IT security equipment, as well as front-end devices like access controls, intrusion detection systems, perimeter systems, CCTV analytics, security management systems.
• Determine clients\' needs and manage service delivery. Manage conflicts and assist the IT manager by making sure that the processes and tasks are completed.
• Be responsible of critical incidents, work with the relevant teams to resolve them, and create effective stakeholder communication for post-incident reviews.
• To develop and manage a group of maintenance service engineers and technicians with the necessary technical skills to meet client expectations.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science/Electrical/Electronics engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar industry
• Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good understanding of enterprise systems\' security back-end hardware, including servers, databases, applications, and networks.
• To be certified in Common Criteria, CCNA, or CREST will be a plus.
• Hands-on experience with IT cyber security hardening, Microsoft SQL, and project management will be a plus.
