The company also owns the franchise to Five Guys in Singapore and Malaysia. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and assigns the work of maintenance staff
• Inspects work for completeness
• Determines material, equipment, and supplies to be used
• Inspect and maintain the electrical, plumbing, mechanical, bar equipments, and IT networking system and server
• Oversees the setup the laptop, desktop issuing, software installing, internet, network domain name and all the staff Gmail accounts
• Maintains, troubleshot security system, analog camera, digital camera, monitor, switchers and DVR system
• Oversees renovations of existing facilities and the construction of new facilities
• Inspect major contract work on the electrical, plumbing, central air conditioning system and IT system
• Oversees preventive maintenance on IT and building equipment
• Preparation and control of production budgets; maintains inventory and order specialized supplies

• Possess Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline
• Result orientated with strong leadership
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant management experience
• Decisive, drive and ability to deliver efficient solutions
• Knowledge of facility equipment in similar industry
• Great eye for detail
• Good organizational and leadership skills
• Good time management skills
