Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist the manager to oversee Day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain project timeliness to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively.
  • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
  • Evaluating performance and productivity.
  • Create, review & implement effective business plans.
  • Prepare regular reports for upper management.
  • Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently.
  • Work hand-in-hand with top management staff concerning work/operational issues and other activities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related.
  • At least 2 yrs experience as an assistant manger or similar role.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal & leadership skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of operational procedures.
  • Strong decision-making ability.
  • Excellent organizational & time management skills.
  • Excellent ability to motivate & lead employees.
