Job Description

As a Business Ops Excellence Assistant Manager or Manager, your role is to support Marketing and Media Solutions (MMS) Division with system administration and system support; such as user access & permission administration, periodic user access review, work with Technology teams and MMS stakeholders on system change requests, perform user acceptance testing and maintenance of user managed system configurations.

The role will focus on working with the Technology team closely to ensure system change requests are delivered in a timely manner with no critical post-implementation issues. And system administration functions are performed timely and conformed to standard operating procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities

• User licence inventory management
• User system access & permission management
• MMS systems administrator
• MMS focal point for Technology team
• User system trainings

Qualification/Professional Certifications

• Tertiary qualification with at least 3 years of working experience as a Project Coordinator, Business Analyst or System Support.
• Formal Qualification in Information Technology related certification or Project Management methodology will be of great advantage

Requirement

• At least 3 years of relevant and professional experience in project coordination, user requirements gathering, facilitating discussion and communicating business requirements to technology teams, and proficient in planning test scenario & user acceptance test execution
• Ability to breakdown and convey complex information to diverse audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skill
• Ability to work independently and aggressively track timelines & issue
