Responsibilities
The PIL Transformation Office oversees and coordinates key transversal development initiatives across the organization to strengthen PIL Group’s position. Steering cross-functional focus in line with management direction, the team drives enhancement, innovation and change in a fast-evolving business environment.
Scope of the Business Transformation department is extensive, spanning from Group strategy development to internal organizational and process efficiency review; digitalization of supply chains to sustainability and corporate social responsibility efforts. The team is dynamic with a wide range of opportunities to drive improvements.
Partnering with various internal department heads, as well as external stakeholders, this role will analyse business challenges and opportunities, chart the Group’s overall strategic roadmap and take lead in planning, tracking and making recommendations as tasked.
