You will be providing specialised Human Resource (HR) support in the area of Medical Specialist compensation in alignment with the Hospital’s strategic objectives and HR mission. You will work with Stakeholders in HR, Finance and the departments and be responsible for driving accurate data collection, conduct analysis/studies and prepare reports and proposals to help management review and develop compensation frameworks and pay policies in accordance with the organisation’s reward strategy.
