Job Summary:

• Salary Range: $6000-$7000
• Working Location: East

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategic planning/ cost savings/ continuous improvement experience
• Leading in sourcing and commercial negotiation to support changing market conditions. This includes but not limited to payment terms, INCO terms etc.
• Management of timely GR and GI of parts without delay to mod-site needs and supporting timely payment to vendor.
• Regularly monitoring tools and chase for any outstanding shipment, change of shipment date etc.
• Management of timely payment to all Suppliers and Vendors providing logistics services.
• Management of a team of Logistics, warehouse [to ensure inventory accuracy, management of Obsolescence stock/ inventory stock count] and 3-PL supplier [to ensure receiving and delivery of kits to modification sites on timely basis and perform according to contractual agreement]
• Management of GST and VAT including monthly, yearly VAT value reconcile against Finance value
• Communicate, plan and co-ordinate delivery, shipment activities between suppliers, freight forwarding and warehouse / mod site.
• Liaise with forwarders for shipping schedule, cargo clearance, transportation to warehouse / mod site, including follow up permits required by relevant agencies.
• To understand the import and export requirements beyond Singapore in support of Logistics management for freighter conversion.
• Support queries from auditor and Regulatory Authorities (EASA, FAA, CAAS etc)
• Support cycle count & inventory stock count at 3PL and mod-site
