The Company The platform is a a well-established Singapore REIT consisting of an asset portfolio in Singapore and overseas. It is also planning a new Private Fund and which will allow for broader asset acquisitions and expansion into new markets focused toward industrial/logistics and business park assets. As a result of its new initiatives, there is a need to strengthen the team including the appointment of an experienced Leasing/Marketing Manager for the REIT.
The Position Reporting to the Head of Leasing, the successful individual will undertake end-to-end lease management duties including tenant sourcing (\xe2\x80\x98hunting\xe2\x80\x99), the presentation of prospective space and rental/terms negotiation. The overall objective will be to optimise occupancy and rental income across the portfolio in alignment with investment considerations. There will be a requirement to build external relationships with property agents as well as corporate counterparts within prospective international tenants, in order to broaden exposure to the asset portfolio. Naturally, the appointed individual will also oversee day-to-day lease administration, reference, credit checks and arrears collection whilst ensuring first-class delivery of client servicing for existing tenant relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for an early- to mid-career leasing professional to join a stable REIT environment that also promises ongoing portfolio growth.
The Person The ideal candidate will offer either a Diploma/Degree in Real Estate or Marketing whilst, ideally, offering a minimum of 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 sound experience honed in commercial leasing. Exposure to logistics/industrial assets is strongly preferred, complemented by well-rounded experience gained in both agency and developer/asset owner environments. The successful individual is expected to possess self-motivation to work autonomously as well as within a supportive team environment whilst the customer-facing nature of the position demands a strong orientation towards business development (\xe2\x80\x98hunter\xe2\x80\x99 mind-set) and service excellence.
