You will directly be able to ensure that our guests leave happy and satisfied with the service and experience at our restaurants-especially being able to identify unique opportunities to delight in the day-to-day service.You\'ll be in-charge of:

• Leading and executing operations to achieve daily targets
• Building and maintaining relationships with guests
• Attending to guest feedbacks or complaints
• Ensuring roster is efficiently planned and develop manning guide according to manpower budget
• Identifying training needs and training plans tighten the competency gap
• All HR, logistics & inventory, and admin matters (including welfare)
• Petty cash and banking transactions
• Facility management of the outlet
• Supporting the ways of business development
• Conducting training and develop SOPs

Requirements:

• Well-versed in hospitality operations with minimally 2 years of Hospitality/F&B experience in a supervisory role
• Meticulous and well-organised
• Well-groomed and possesses good communication skills
• Passionate about service, able to maintain high standards of service quality
