URGENT
Location : Pasir Panjang Road
Position : Assistant Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Startup Engagement and Ecosystem Development Contract period : Immediate - 11months * temps working for period for 3 months or more are entitled to benefits
Qualification required : Degree \xe2\x80\x93 relevant fields of study \xe2\x80\x93 Design. Salary ranges from $2,800 - $3,450 per month depending on relevant working experience. Working hours : Monday to Thursday: 8:30AM to 6:00PM Friday: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Mandatory Skills :

• Strong business sense, analytical and communication skills

• Adaptable, detail-oriented and organised, with good project management abilities

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and be able to take initiative to implement programmes effectively

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as within a team

• Keen interest and passion to work with and grow local startups

Responsibilities:

• Handling of day-to-day enquiries on PIXEL incubation, tech showcase and compile progress reports.

• Scout, source and identify potential startups to join PIXEL\xe2\x80\x99s community, incubation programmes and showcases.

• Engage with prospects and current startups at PIXEL to monitor their progress and milestones. Provide basic advisory and support to startups on PIXEL\xe2\x80\x99s facilities and programmes.

• Organise and implement plans for outreach, attracting and onboarding of new startups to join PIXEL\'s community.

• Support programme lead in driving startup-related programmes including working with startups, local and overseas partners to develop and execute startup growth-focused initiatives and incubation programmes.

• Collect post-event/ programme feedback, analyse and present insights to improve and focus on those initiatives that can value-add to the PIXEL startup community.

• Create and build up a bank of innovation success stories involving PIXEL\'s startups and corporates.
