Location : Pasir Panjang Road

Working hours :

Monday to Thursday: 8:30AM to 6:00PM

Friday: 8:30AM to 5:30PM

Position : Assistant Manager

Contract period : 11 months

Salary Offer: $3,450 per month (Degree)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to manage grants related works including reviewing of application documents for completeness, generating of grant award/variation letters for grant applicants

• Perform administrative checks on claim documents received are complete and duly signed before assignment to claim auditors

• Verify claims against guidelines, letter of offer and auditor\'s checks and recommendation before seeking approval

• Monitor deliverables of grants and send email reminders to grantees for final claim submission based on milestones deliveries

• Perform the role of Central Application Receiving Officer (CARO) and manage the generic mailbox for receiving application forms and requests related to grant applications and filter/re-direct enquiries to relevant project managers

• Serves as the liaison officer to assist outsourced auditors on administrative matters related to claims

• Facilitate clarification and communications between internal and external stakeholders

• Other Admin/Operational support where required.

Requirements

• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word

• Meticulous and attention to details and able to work independently with minimal guidance

• Able to work collaboratively with the various team members and engage with different stakeholder
