Engage with the industry and internal departments to meet SSIR\xe2\x80\x99s established objectives, policies, and processes.
Provide guidance to industry to onboard SSIR including account creation and whitelisting Sender IDs.
Manage the storing and retrieval of SSIR account documents per SGNIC data policy.
Manage smsregistery@sgnic.sg mailbox and attend to industry\xe2\x80\x99s queries on SSIR matters.
Assist in the review of SSIR polices and processes, if required.
Support planning and reporting activities for updates to Management.
Support invoice/billing activities including checking/collating supporting document for credit note, merchant\xe2\x80\x99s vendor forms etc.
Basic account management including prelim assessment on industry\xe2\x80\x99s requests (such as waiver, craft submission to Management for waiver approval, etc).
Handle ad-hoc assignments required by Management from time to time.
Requirement
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Business or Consumer or related fields.
1 to 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in customer facing roles.
Self-motivated team player who can also work independently to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication (writing and spoken) skills.
