Job Description

• Facilitator - Lead sprints and workshops aimed at advancing quality, process improvements, and human-centered experiences.

• Partner - Collaborate with Department Heads and similar practitioners in the institution to drive improvement initiatives, closely working with them to implement strategies on-site.

• Trainer - Conduct training sessions on lean management and human-centered tools, sharing knowledge and skills with hospital staff. Additionally, act as a change agent to foster a culture of continuous improvement and human-centered practices within the hospital.

RequirementsPreferred Technical Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Design, or Healthcare

• Skilled in quality improvement techniques, such as Lean and Value Stream Mapping

• Skilled in human-centered approaches, like Design Thinking and Behavioral Insights

• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is a plus

• Minimum of 2 years\' experience in facilitating workshops and delivering training

Preferred Soft Skills

• Ability to engage stakeholders, including doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff within the hospital

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively

• Able to perform effectively under tight deadlines

• Confident in coaching colleagues in Quality Improvement tools

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Open to learning and experimenting with new ideas, with a quick grasp of concepts and adaptability in fast-paced situations

• Highly motivated and self-driven, with a positive outlook and determination to overcome challenges
