Job Responsibilities:

As subject matter expert in Reliability, Availability & Maintainability(RAM) and Integrated Logistics Support(ILS), provide support to address RAM/ILS equirements for product/system/solution offered by the company.
Develop RAM & ILS programme plan
Lead and manage RAM tasks like Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), Mean Time Between Critical Failure (MTBCF) analysis, Maintainability Prediction, FMECA analysis, BIT Design analysis, etc
Lead and manage ILS tasks like generation of Integrated Configuration List (ICL), Maintenance Engineering Analysis (MEA), Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) analysis, Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Maintenance Plan (MP), Maintenance Allocation Chart (MAC), Material Management Data (MMD), Support and Test Equipment (STE), Supply Support Items(Spares, Consumable) calculation, etc
Lead and manage Technical Documentations (eg Operations and Maintenance Manuals) generation, Training Plan/Training Material generation
Attend review meetings to clear all RAM/ILS issues.

Job Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Certified Reliability Engineer preferred
At least 3 years working experience in RAM/ILS and/or new product introduction(NPI)
