Assistant Manager (risk, Legal & Compliance) ($5500 $7000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$7K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures in line with relevant regulations and standards
- Monitor and analyze changes in regulations and legislation, and provide recommendations on changes to the organisation\'s compliance policies
- Investigate any reported or suspected breaches of compliance and take appropriate corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records of compliance-related activities, including audit reports, risk assessments, compliance declaration forms, and training records
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs for internal stakeholders to ensure they understand their obligations and responsibilities under the relevant compliance policies
- Work with internal and external auditors to ensure that compliance processes are appropriately audited and documented
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential risk and compliance issues and develop plans to mitigate risks
- Assist in the development and implementation of risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Risk Management / Compliance is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
