Roles & Responsibilities:
Create and maintain compliance policies and procedures in line with relevant regulations and standards.
Perform regular risk assessments to identify potential risk and compliance issues and develop plans to mitigate risks.
Support in the development and implementation of risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Draft, evaluate, and negotiate legal agreements, contracts, and other legal documents on behalf of the organization.
Requirements:
Degree in Law or equivalent
At least 4 years of experience in enterprise risk management.
Ability to carry ambiguity and confidentiality and good interpersonal and communication skills.
Salary: $5,000 to $7,000
