Overseeing and managing the team\'s day-to-day operations
Review and streamline work processes for greater effectiveness and efficiency
Provide guidance and direction in the management, planning, organising, coordinating and operational processes of the department.
Develop, mentor and guide staff with good leadership and ensuring succession planning
Ensure proper implementation of company\'s system, policies and procedures
Ad hoc duties as assigned by the senior management
Qualifications & Work Experience
Working Experience in the Automotive Industry would be advantageous
Diploma in any Mechanical or Engineering disciplines, Business Administration or relevant subjects with a minimum of 3 years\' experience in service operations and technical analysis.
Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, etc)
- Customer Service-oriented
