Job Description


Assist the manager in planning, organizing and implementing strategies. Coordinate store operations. Ensure store schedules and objectives are met by employees. Monitor inventory and order merchandise based on demand. Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives. Conduct regular audits to ensure that the store is functionable and presentable. Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievements. Create reports, analyze and interpret sales data. Liaise between managers, customers and employees. Provide direction to staff. Smooth out problems within the workplace. Assistance for the day-to-day operations and administration dept. Ensure operational profitability, suggest and recommend improvements to help achieve better sales targets.
