IN BRIEF

• As the Assistant Manager of the department, you will be responsible for clinical excellence of the department and company. You will serve as the go-to subject matter expert for clinical related matters on the projects assigned. You will co-ordinate/lead scientific and commercial discussions pertaining and related to company’s agenda and overall direction.
• You will be part of the Medical team in population health and contribute to the development and realization of EVYD’s organizational vision, strategies.

• Research and Development related activities for the purposes of product development, iteration and validation.
• Set directions/roadmap and workplan for team including specific deliverables to support various initiatives and projects within the department.
• Ensure that there is clinical excellence and rigor in the products delivered by the department, provide proper documentation and set processes for the outcome delivery.
• Timely reporting to department leads on department related activities.

• Play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the clinical team alongside department lead
• Provide subject matter expertise to cross functional teams within the department and to external department
• Develop work systems and processes to drive productivity, constantly and regularly review on procedures and lead on the development in line with best practices and scientific rigor
• Lead and drive end to end research related activities including conceptualization and publication
• Keep up to date on the current market offering and competitor landscape provide timely reporting to the management team on findings.
• Represent EVYD in relevant conferences and where possible present the work of the organization
• Build and explore/initiate collaborative working relationships with the medical and healthcare stakeholders and professionals to advance EVYD’s positioning in the industry.

• Undergraduate Degree in Medicine/Dietetics/Pharmacy/Nursing, Post Graduate Qualifications in Research, Public Health, Healthcare informatics, MBA, or any related field
• Clinical research experience with good track record of scientific publication in clinical research
• More than 5 years of working experience and at least 1-2 years in a healthcare technology role
• Will need to travel 30% of the time
• Experience in Healthtech product R&D and the product/project lifecycle will be a plus
• Excitement about the vision and mission of EVYD
