Well Established Company Basic $3800 - $4500 + AWS + Variable Bonus Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression Working location : Tuas (Transport Provided) Working days : Monday to Friday Working hours : 8am to 5pmJob Responsibilities: To manage the functions of outgoing containment for collection effectively and efficiently To conduct periodic review of existing processes and work flows, and make recommendations for improvements and executing the improvement plans To ensure the effectiveness and smoothness of coordination with operation and sales team and customer service maintaining high quality of services To manage and optimize the resources (manpower and equipment) with effective cost control to achieve high productivity and efficiency To ensure EHS compliance through the continual maintenance and improvement of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 implementation, and always maintain good housekeeping of site To compile, analyze and update the Management with necessary and appropriate monthly reports (e.g. on cost, productivity, quality, non-conformance, and etc) Maintain all documents related ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 SOPs Assist to conduct daily toolbox meeting for daily activities arrangement and brief staffs on the operations and EHSQ topics Regular briefing / training to be conducted to department staffs for safety handling of high flammable solvent, SDS, PPE requirement and risk assessment before operations To educate and ensure team adhere all EHS regulationsRequirements: At least a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry Min 3 years of supervisory experience Proficiency in quality control and production Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills toward managing human resources and liaising with other departmentsCandidates are encouraged to apply this position via Apply Now button with the following information in the resume Work experiences and job responsibilities Current and Expected salary Reason for leaving Date of availability Education backgroundWe regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.THIEN CHING MEI (R2198032)EA Recruitment Pte LtdEA License No: 21C0492
