Job Responsibilities Perform the role of Accounts Manager for 3 Professional Boards and provide support to Senior Manager for 1 Professional Board Present budget and audited reports to Audit Committees and Councils / Boards Prepare year-end closing Prepare journals and schedules for external audit Manage external and internal audits Prepare bank reconciliation, quarterly closing, and budget utilization Provide support to Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Lead Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Senior Assistant Director.Job Requirements Degree in Accountancy/ Finance Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) Able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight reporting deadlines A team player, meticulous, organised, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels Self-motivated with good working attitude.Working hours: Mon - Thu (8:30 am to 6:00 pm), Fri: 8:30 am to 5:30 pmWorking Location: Outram, SingaporeAdditional Info Contract Period: 6 months with an option to further extend another 6-months This is an outsourced role.If you are interested, kindly send your resume (in MS Word format) to Mounika at [ Email address blocked ] or Nadiah at [ Email address blocked ] All Curriculum Vitae will be treated with strict confidentiality.
