DESIGNATION : Assistant Manager (Talent Acquisition)

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be a full life-cycle recruiting partner with business managers to plan recruitment needs and acquire the best talent to meet business demand. You will be critical in timely hiring of talent through traditional sourcing strategies as well as developing new and creative recruiting ideas. Responsibilities

  • Engage business managers, understand manpower demand, advise recruitment strategies and identify suitable sourcing channels.
  • Drive results in meeting KPI and timeline.
  • Manage job advertisements, interview and coordinate selection assessments.
  • Plan and coordinate all recruitment fairs, campus recruitments, walk-in interviews. This includes manpower deployment and logistic planning.
  • Collaborate with government agencies and institutions to run talent attraction programs
  • Keep abreast on industry trends, innovative recruitment sourcing techniques and local employment laws to ensure compliance to all recruitment guidelines.
  • Optimise the sourcing mix to fulfill the hiring demand and adopt innovative methods to fulfill hiring requirements.
  • Source candidates using creative sourcing methods, including but not limited to referrals, networking, internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings and user/technical groups.
  • Provide consistent communication with both hiring managers and candidates throughout the sourcing process to ensure an efficient hiring experience.
  • Leverage on analytics to monitor and drive talent acquisition KPIs, and evaluate the success of recruitment methodologies
  • Responsible for periodic reporting, catering to business requirements
  • Manage Application Tracking System (ATS), ensure all appropriate and accurate data are entered into the system and leverage on the system for reporting, analysis and meet legal requirements


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 5 years relevant hands-on volume hiring experience preferably within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, of which 2 years in a people management role
  • Expert sourcing skills using various recruitment platforms including job portals, recruitment fairs, with good track record of mass recruitment
  • Ability to meet aggressive timeline and KPIs and handle multiple high priority jobs at any given time
  • Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement
  • Possess strong problem-solving abilities and have experience interacting with all levels of leadership
  • Confident and articulate, with good people and skills judgment ability
  • High energy and drive to deliver successful hires within stipulated timelines
  • Good interpersonal, communication and organisation skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
