The Integrated Health Promotion (InHealth) team within MOHT envisions a Healthy Singapore where everyone is able to achieve & sustain physical, mental & social wellbeing. Within InHealth, the Mental Health and Wellness team develops innovative programmes and digital initiatives which can strengthen mental wellness and resilience of the population. This is achieved through empowering individuals to gain knowledge on stress and coping strategies, adopt good self-care and self-help habits, and seek appropriate and timely professional help when needed. Together with the MOHT Data, Science, and Technology (DST) Team, we adopt an agile approach using rapid and continuous build-measure-learn cycles that identify, develop, deliver and adapt technology to improve health outcomes.
The candidate will be part of the InHealth team that looks at marketing analytics, indicators tracking and product UX/UI development. The candidate will help MOHT leadership and programme managers in leading growth marketing efforts to user growth and engagement with our healthcare transformation projects. The candidate will promote the brand, products and services of mindline.sg - a Singapore-developed stress management and coping website that consolidates access to many local and carefully-selected resources with a wellbeing self-assessment tool. Asides from working with external agencies, the core duties include managing mindline.sg’s growth marketing strategy and efforts, planning and executing campaigns, analyzing success metrics, and identifying user behavioural trends.
The candidate will be also be involved in creating a detailed roadmap to drive the overall delivery of mindline.sg projects from a Customer Experience (CX) viewpoint, by focusing on key messaging, user experience and provide input towards marketing strategy and tactics.
