Objective

• Maintaining relevant skills in Air freight operations through training
• Organizing and ensuring delivery of Business Support throughout the Region

• Provide functional leadership to Training resources across region
• Actively contribute to knowledge and best practice sharing across the region
• Establish methods and tools for regularly assessing skill gaps and actions to address same within the country Air Operations
• Carry out Training Needs Analysis and communicate Regional Training requirements to Global
• Provide Train-the-trainer training to Country P&S Manager/Training responsible as required
• Ensure, organize, and coordinate regular onboarding / refresher / skill-up trainings across region
• Provide process specific training beyond system functionality for global initiatives/projects by leading and supporting Country P&S
• Advise on global training curriculum
• Contribute to global creation of global training assets in collaboration with Global Training
• Amendment of global training content at regional level where applicable, aligned with global standards (possibly with later inclusion in global curriculum)
• Business support for TANGO, ProCars, GXD, FLAME, eQP etc,.
• Regional Support Structure (2nd Level) with Ticket Solving / Escalation Capabilities
• Orchestrating the distribution of Support Resources across Clusters / Countries
• Manage ticket queue escalated to regional level
• Setup new hire onboarding sessions
• Work closely with projects team to get handover of finished projects and transfer knowledge
• Drive RPA topics in the region
• Carrier management initiatives
• ODM related topics
• Digitalization projects
• KPI Monitoring
