• Manage, support and implement security improvements/projects
• Support KCR compliance and audit processes

Facilities Management (FM):

• Support facility projects, repair & upgrading activities
• Manage and monitor FM service provider’s daily operation according to SLA
• Manage and supervise in-house facilities maintenance personnel and contractors
• Support operation & maintenance of Midas O2 detection system for QM room
• Response to Facilities E-ticket request (ticket closure rate>95%)
• Support weekend MRU activities
• Support FM emergency response
• Support budget planning

Site Security

• Conduct annual security awareness training for all staffs
• Conduct new hire security awareness training (monthly)
• Submission of country security KPI report for Changi North Rise (CNR) sites
• Attend bi-monthly country security meeting
• Zero major security incident for CNR sites
• Support security incident investigation
• Conduct schedule security audit for CNR sites
• Support implementation of country security policies & procedures
• Employee badge printing, issuance & access configuration
• Endorse exit clearance for resignee/leaver
• Manage and administrate the building security systems (CCTV, ACS, IDS)

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Security and/or Facility Management studies or relevant disciplines.
• At least 5 Years of experience in physical site security and facility management in a fast-paced industrial, logistics, production or manufacturing environment would be a plus
• Knowledge in security system such as LENEL and security network serve as Subject Matter Expert.
• Experience in HVAC installation, Sprinkler, general building equipment
• Experience in dealing with various external stakeholders such as consultants, contractors or service vendors.
• Able to read & understand security architecture/topology system/building drawing
• Hands-on repair and maintenance skillsets.
• Positive work ethics and attitude.
• Independent, motivated, committed, and hands-on with good communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts calmly.
• Proficient in MS office tools such as Excel, word & PowerPoint.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
• Perform other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.
