Engagement with customers to forge loyalty to the bar Responsible for the restaurants daily operation and inventory management Document daily reports and ensure timely opening and closing of outlet Train Junior staff and ensure SOPs are followed strictly on a regular basis Ensure cleanliness of the restautrant and all operating equipment Comply with safety and hygiene requirements Ensure food & beverage sales targets are met through upselling and promoting to guests Liaise with vendors, and suppliers for order supplies and budgets Perform related duties as part of a tight-knit family of hospitality staff Job Requirements Minimum of 2-3 years of F&B experience in a leading cocktail-focused bar Hospitality-oriented Knowledge on wines a plus Converse in good English and proficient in service-language Team player and friendly personality 5/6-day work week Positive attitude Able to work on shift and late hours Benefits Employee discount Food provided Health insurance Professional development Schedule Holidays Late shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay Overtime Performance bonus
