The Beach Shop retails carefully curated products and house-branded merchandise, advocating an idyllic beach life. We are looking for a service-driven leader to fill the role of Assistant Manager . This role requires the individual to drive and lead the daily service operations, from its people to the surroundings, taking into meticulous consideration the operational and technical needs of the establishment. Familiarity with every aspect of restaurant management, grievance procedures and training plans is critical in ensuring business development and growth.
