The Assistant Manager is required to lead and manage the end-to-end payroll. He/She is to provide day-to-day support and guidance regarding the application of human resource policies to internal clients, and HR procedure and best practices within his/her specific area of expertise in staff benefits and welfare.
He will also review routine processes and documentation to ensure data integrity, compliance and participates in problem resolution. This will include gathering, organizing, tabulating and transforming data to define solutions to address issues and changes.
Requirement:
Fluent English speaking to liase with customers
Weekend & PH day OT is required
