Job Description

• Our client is a Japanese trust bank with a global presence through a worldwide network of branches and subsidiaries in Asia, Europe, and the United States. They are looking for an Assistant Manager in Fund Finance to join the team in Singapore.
  
  \xe3\x80\x90 What you will be doing \xe3\x80\x91
  
  Primary Objectives
  
  1) Principle role in the origination, structuring, execution, and monitoring of fund finance transactions.
  2) Assistance in strategic planning and implementation of fund finance initiatives.
  3) Support of ad-hoc tasks and projects covering various elements of fund finance business.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  
  1) Review and negotiate terms and conditions with clients.
  2) Prepare credit applications and attain credit approval for fund finance transactions.
  3) Facilitate documentation and coordinate the closing process with legal counsel and operations.
  4) Manage interim loan administration and support ongoing client coverage.
  5) Review periodic monitoring reports and perform credit surveillance of loans on the book.
  6) Conduct market research and analysis to help expand the APAC fund finance business.
  7) Perform any other tasks as reasonably assigned by the line Senior Manager.

  Requirement

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or above in a relevant field from a 4-year college or university.
  • At least 4 years of past experience in fund finance, structured finance, or corporate finance.
  • Proficient written and verbal skills in English.
  • Professional skills in Excel and Word.
