OptionsPilates offers variety of Pilates classes, including workshops and education for future Pilates instructors.
& Requirements We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our dynamic Pilates studio team as an Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities: Assist the General Manager with daily operations of the Pilates studio, including customer service and administrative tasks. Manage reception duties, including handling phone call queries, bookings, and cancellations. Work closely with the management team on day-to-day tasks related to the studio\'s operations. Liaise with Pilates instructors and administrative staff, answer emails, track leads, and other necessary tasks. Support the General Manager in managing the daily operations of the studio, including overseeing studio projects, managing studio inventory and vendor relationships, and maintaining a positive workplace culture. Handle customer service-related issues, complaints, and emergencies. Ensure staff and clients are following safety procedures.

Position Details: 3-7 days per week, flexible work timings

Compensation: The internship pay for this assistant manager position is $400 to $600. This pay is subject to change based on performance and business needs, and the intern may be eligible for additional compensation such as a stipend or performance-based bonus schemes. The decisions regarding additional compensation will be made by management.
