Job Description

Working Location: Islandwide

Working hours: 6 days work week (54 hours/week)

Job Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Carry out daily operations in the service department to maintain and improve service quality and environmental cleanliness

\xc2\xb7 Provide excellent service to ensure satisfaction

\xc2\xb7 Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages

\xc2\xb7 Making menu recommendations, answering questions from customers

\xc2\xb7 Ensure and manage the service team to comply with all our company service guidelines and safety procedures

\xc2\xb7 Enforce restaurant quality, service and value standards, keep the restaurant clean and tidy to create a comfortable environment for customers

\xc2\xb7 Manage and continuously improve service standards and provide support as necessary to ensure the service team can carry out assigned tasks

\xc2\xb7 Conduct and manage weekly inventory checks for the service department (Front-of-House)

\xc2\xb7 Prepare restaurant order list and place orders with the Procurement/Purchasing Department

\xc2\xb7 Address all customer complaints immediately, when required

\xc2\xb7 Ensure training standards and lead Supervisors and training team to conduct service training

\xc2\xb7 Any other duties as assigned by your superior

Job Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Candidate must have min. degree in hospitality/ F&B study (if no relevant F&B experiences), or candidate must have min.1 yr experience in F&B service (degree can be any field of study)

\xc2\xb7 Able to work in the fast-paced work environment

\xc2\xb7 A good team player

\xc2\xb7 Able to work with minimal supervision

\xc2\xb7 Must love to work in restaurant operations
