- Clearly and politely communicate with guests
- Communicate respectfully and clearly with service team
- Support team members in the completion of their duties to ensure satisfaction of all guests before, during, and after service
- Ensure consistent level of satisfaction for all customers in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure seamless level of operations in the restaurant
- Provide good customer service to every customer
- Clearly and accurately record supplier transactions and understand sales trends
- Excellent communication and hospitality skills
- Receptive to constructive criticism and performance feedback
- Team player
- Able to use Microsoft Excel
- Tuesday \xe2\x80\x93 Thursday 4pm \xe2\x80\x93 11pm/closing
- Friday \xe2\x80\x93 Sunday 12pm \xe2\x80\x93 11pm/closing
