Assist Outlet Manager in Operation and paperwork.

• Exhibit and teach a customer focused attitude.
• Promptly execute merchandising and operational programs.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Maintain a highly clean facility at all times.
• Promote the highest standards of food preparation and service, sanitation, safety, and customer relations.
• Forecast, order, and stock product.
• Ensuring FIFO is being practiced.
• Keep work areas clean, neat, and organized. Ensure CAYG.
• Perform skilled work in food preparation, production record keeping and service.
• Ensure prompt reconciliation of store operations paperwork.
• Perform function of Sandwich Artist and/or Acting Outlet Manager as needed.
• Responsible for sales, labour percentage, food cost and image in conjunction with the Outlet Manager.
• Suggest possible purchases to the customer and promote store specials.
• Assume responsibility and assist Outlet Manger on the job training of food services, use of equipment, sanitation and safety procedures, food handling, customer service, portion control and point of service cashier training.
• Maintain a good working relationship with employees.
• Assist Outlet Manager in providing training, coaching, and feedback to store employees.
• Practices all requirements and standards as outlined in the Operations Manual.
• Contributing of updates on staff’s performance to the Manager.
• Always looking for possible ways and opportunities to improve sales.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
