Our client specializes in providing various financial services to an array of businesses and networks and they are looking for an Assistant Manager - Accounts to support operating function of bank recon team and to provide guidance to junior staffs.
【 What you will be doing 】
Approve monthly journals
Review bank recon for the group
Review balance sheet schedules
Maintain files (offline contract with customers, AR/AP/GL & bank transactions)
Review all documents to bank and subsidiary (eg: loan instruction/ Facilities Agreement/ Internet Banking)
Communicate with banks for interest rate for loan/FD
Review daily cash flow for daily cash management
To update AAF Internal Funding rate
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to BU & HQ
- Preparation of board resolution - eg: update of bank mandate/loan/facilities
Handle queries from BU and bank in relation to operating activities
Assist in year end audit: Bank confirmation letter, audit queries etc
Ad-Hoc projects assigned by management, if any
Requirement
【 What they are looking for 】
Minimum Degree in Accounting/ACCA/CA
Minimum 4 years of working experience handling full sets of accounts
Minimum 2 years of audit experience and treasury experience
Hands-on experience with AX accounting software, Bloomberg and excel
Deadline oriented
Willing to work OT when needed (eg. month end closing, ad hoc projects)
Working Hour
9:00 ~ 17:30
