Role Summary The successful candidate coordinates, organise, communicate and report on Sunseap's sustainability initiatives across Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) dimensions. This incumbent will play the role as a sustainability champion in Sunseap and elevates Sunseap's standing amongst the global sustainability community. Responsibilities Develop and fine-tune overall Sustainability strategies including the development of methodologies / metrics to assess the viability and success of sustainability initiatives Lead / co-lead in the annual production of the Sustainability Report & Impact Report Lead / co-lead our sustainability engagement with external stakeholders such as Sustainability Rating Agencies, Financial Institutions (including banks and investors), governmental agencies, NGOs, Corporate clients etc Track implementation of Business Units (BUs) led sustainability initiatives (particularly in relation to Social & Governance) and report overall progress at various Board / Management Committee meetings Collaborate with BUs in enhancing our sustainability communication through all available channels Being update with emerging sustainability trends, framework and standards Requirements Degree in Environmental / Climate Science or Communications or equivalent Min 2 years of experience in Sustainability related scope and Sustainability Reporting Familiarity with emerging sustainability framework / standards/ Rating (e.g. GRI, TCFD, UNSDG, DJSI, FTSE4Good, etc) Strong project and stakeholder management and skills with the ability to influence and manage conflicting groups of stakeholders to drive outcomes are required as the nature of work involve department across Sunseap and our various stakeholders Value alignment: stewardship, collaboration, innovation and with a spirit of excellence When you join EDPR Sunseap, you will have access to: Professional experience in a leading global company in the renewables industry with flexible work conditions Recognition through remuneration compatible with the role and other additional benefits Opportunities for personal and professional development, e.g. cross-cutting projects, mobilities and volunteering About EDP Group: As a socially responsible company, we incorporate our values and practices with the principles of Diversity and Inclusion.
