Be involved in the organisation and operations of major strategic events undertaken by the unit, including front line responsibilities like hospitality during events, ushering of VIPs/guests.
Be aware of the current general topical issues locally, regionally and globally, and be able to effectively connect these general issues to the overall SMU key strategic initiatives.
Able to propose and write persuasively on relevant topics/synopsis and connect the relevant internal and external speakers for OCCM\xe2\x80\x99s thought leadership platforms.
Able to propose the use of the appropriate platforms and formats for thought leadership events; effectively and efficiently organise thought leadership events on virtual platforms and/or hybrid events (a combination of virtual and physical format). Able to propose and use, where appropriate and when applicable, multi-platforms for an effective marketing reach.

Qualifications:
Fresh graduates, or Diploma with 1 to 2 years relevant working experience. Undergraduate interns from all disciplines (for the period from January to July 2024) are also welcome to apply.
Able to write persuasively, articulate confidently, and have mid to extensive events management experience.
A team player with good inter-personal skills and IT savvy.
