The Role

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications, the incumbent is responsible for driving marketing coverage for the hotel by achieving key goals in Digital Marketing. He or she will actively support corporate campaigns and efforts that enhance the company\'s promotions and packages, company philosophy/management-style perspectives, and profit building for the hotel.

  • Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Yammer, Tripadvisor, Tik Tok and other emerging platforms
  • Create and publish engaging content that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve marketing goals and increase brand awareness
  • Formulate social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, using analytics tools to track key metrics and report on performance
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and techniques, and incorporate them into the overall social media strategy
  • Develop and manage social media budgets and track expenses
  • Respond to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers and partner them for campaigns
  • Source for user generated content and request for permission to use
  • Support marketing campaigns including search, display, remarketing, and metasearch
  • Plan and execute monthly email marketing campaigns, including creating email content and developing promotional copy that aligns with the marketing objectives and drives click-through rate.
  • Manage website content, ensuring that it is up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for search engines
  • Set up attractive offer pages and ensure all offers are bookable
  • Pull the latest user generated images into the website
  • Make sure reviews featured are new (less than 6 months)
  • Create and upload promotional vouchers on eShop
  • Review and update the food and beverage menu on Square Space to reflect changes in offerings, pricing, and promotions
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure that all takeaway items, descriptions, and pricing are accurate and up-to-date
  • Ensure that relevant pages are accurately translated and localized for the target audience.
  • Conduct bi-weekly website audit to ensure that the website is fully functional and up-to-date. This includes checking for broken links, fixing errors, updating content.

Talent Profile
  • Minimum degree holder in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in digital marketing for service industry. Experience in the hospitality industry will be an advantage.
  • Detailed understanding of digital marketing and social media landscape.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Detailed knowledge of video and photo editing tools.
  • Good communications skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in fast paced environment
  • Passionate and enthusiastic with a positive \'can-do\' attitude.
