Assistant Operations Executive

Job Description
You will report to and assist the Operations Manager in ensuring that all essential daily services are functioning and providing comfort, safety and security to the building occupants. Job scope includes:
- Ensuring proper and efficient operation of essential services such as electrical, ACMV, fire protection system, plumbing and sanitary
- Implementing preventive and corrective maintenance works
- Providing technical support and guidance to Technicians as needed
- Assisting to carry out A&A works and supervise works carried out by the team and appointed contractors/ vendors
- Managing a team of Technicians and contractors to ensure the timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks
- Liaising with tenants and contractors to ensure that all works are carried out in compliance with guidelines and authority regulations
- Responding to fire, security and building related emergencies
- Providing support in the preparation of project work plans, budgets, and progress reports
- Handing and taking over of units including inspections
- Approving permit to work requests from tenants or their contractors
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Systems / Facilities Management and at least 2 years of work experience in technical practices and facilities management.
- Proven supervisory experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
