Responsibilities:

• Assist the Pastry Chef and Production manager in daily running of the Pastry production kitchen
• Assist the Pastry Chef to develop new recipes and keep up with trend.
• Leads and motivates junior pastry cook in the preparation of daily pastry products with consistent quality.
• Involvement in daily production of pastry products in accordance with specifications from recipes
• Monitor and order ingredients and supplies.
• Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs

Requirements:

• Required Food Hygiene cert
