Job Responsibilities:

Liaise with the Owner/ Class/ External Designer for the specific design requirements and provide technical solutions.
Lead team to the general conceptual and basic design.
Design and deliver tailored training programs, provide one-on-one coaching, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and industry practices.
Perform naval architecture calculations such as speed performance prediction, stability/hydrostatic, scantling assessment, weight distribution, launching calculation, etc.
Responsible for delivering the respective project design drawing and document.

Requirements:

Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience in the marine/offshore industry Hull & Hull / Naval Architecture design.
Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline
Good knowledge and skill on coaching and structural/naval architecture design.
Familiar with GHS/NAPA/FEMAP/Autocad/MS office
Good communication, analytical skills
