Junior Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

Provide support to Managers on day-to-day operations within the budgeted guidelines and to the highest standard.
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
To prepare and maintain SOP for front of house operations.
Up to date with Food & Beverages trends and best practices.
Comply with health and safety regulation.
To lead new intake and train staff on their job roles and responsibilities.
To stand in for Host position during service and to be able to take orders, floater, cashiering and any other assistance as and when required.
Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
Continuously make necessary improvements.
